Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from visitor's tax.

Silvrettacard Premium Summer 2024:
Adults: € 6,00 per person per day
Children from 8 years: € 3,00 per child per day
Children under 8 years free.

Only valid in writing (by email or post).
To make a binding reservation we kindly ask you to make an advance payment of  300.00 euros.

Arrival and departure:
Check-in: from 3 p.m.

Payment:
Please settle you bill no later than one day before departure.
We accept cash, debit cards and bank transfer until the day of departure.

Booking:
A booking is only valid once you have received a written booking confirmation.

Bread Service
We deliver crispy pastries and fine bread from the region directly to your apartment. Every day, early in the morning.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur any unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation due to illness, death, loss of job, etc., as well as in the event of late arrival or early departure. Smokers/non-smokers:
All our rooms/apartments are non-smoking rooms/apartments.

Short stays:
For short stays of less than 3 days we charge a surcharge.

Parking:
Per room/apartment you have a free parking space directly at our house.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our house.

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 3 months before the arrival date no cancellation fees.
  Your deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of EUR 40, -.
• 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total room or apartment price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total room or apartment price.
• In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total room or apartment price.

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.
